To enhance the branding of Magner Construction, I created a logo that communicates strength, reliability, and family values. The use of the lion's head in the family crest as the base of the logo was a smart choice, as it symbolizes courage and leadership, but I also added some improvements to make it more unique and memorable. To make the logo more distinctive, I created a custom saw blade pattern to create the lion's mane, which also adds a more industrial and construction-related touch.

To give the logo a more cohesive and modern look, I placed it within a circular badge shape, which also adds versatility as it can be used in different marketing materials. I chose a sturdy and bold serif font to complement the lion icon, which adds a professional and reliable feel to the logo.

To enhance the construction aspect, I added "measuring tape" details within the badge that can also represent precision and attention to detail, which are important aspects in construction work.

To make the logo more approachable and friendly, I adjusted the lion's facial features to be softer and added a touch of warmth through the color palette.

To add even more value to the branding, I provided the client with various versions of the logo, including the lion icon alone and different variations in color, so they can use it on different marketing materials while maintaining a consistent look and feel.

APPLYING THE BRAND

To enhance the branding further, I also provided the client with a color palette and typography system that complemented the logo design. This helped create a cohesive look and feel for all of Magner Construction's marketing materials. Additionally, I suggested incorporating the logo and brand elements into their social media profiles and website to further strengthen their brand identity and recognition. Overall, the goal was to create a logo that not only represented the family-owned construction company but also conveyed their strength and reliability to potential clients.
